| Starting immediately, Somicon AG and Fluid Equipment Development Company (FEDCO) have agreed to cooperate in a close manner. Somicon will be representing Fedco products in the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its local offices at Ras-al-Khaima and Riyadh. In Europe, the cooperation will be much more fundamental. The two companies will join their R&D resources to develope and sell new products needed in the seawater and brackish water markets. The cooperation however will go beyond these markets. We believe that there is a sizable potential of energy optimization in markets such as chemical processing industry, pharmaceutical industry and the effluent treatment sectors. |
